The following is the PASTime Productions Return Policy.
Defective Materials
PASTime Productions will replace any CD which is found to be damaged
or defective, within the first 90 days of purchase.
Notify us at the email
address listed below and we will send you instructions on how
to return
the damaged or defective disk to us for a prompt
replacement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Further, within thirty days of purchase, PASTime Productions will refund
the full purchase price, plus shipping charges, to any
customer who
returns the CD, unopened and in its original new condition.

Other Returns
PASTime Productions does not normally accept returns of software that
has been opened and installed on a computer system. If
you feel that you
have good cause to return the product, please contact us
at the email
address below with your reason for returning the disk and we
will respond
to you within 24 hours. If your request is granted, you will
receive
instructions on how to return the merchandise.
